  • Sometimes feel depressed

The Elevation List

You need a new approach to self-care!

The Elevation List is an in-depth training covering everything you need to know to create (and stick with) a self-care practice that elevates every aspect of your life with compassion, flexibility and creativity.

You'll receive a framework for developing your list of daily actions, and advice on how to follow through to accomplish as many as possible. You'll also learn how to develop a specialized list of self-care tasks unique to your needs – and a process for building the habits needed to elevate your life.

Here’s What You’ll Get When You Sign Up:

You’ll learn how to design self-care that’s unique to your needs; how to create and adapt your checklist as your needs change; and how to positively shift your relationship to self-care in a way that lifts you up.

But most importantly, you’ll learn how to stop feeling confused and guilty about what you “should” be doing and finally know exactly what you want and need to feel your best.

The Elevation List includes:
  • Video of a live workshop: 1 hour and 45 minutes
  • Downloadable slides from the workshop
  • List-making templates for Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Canva
  • Bonus reading list
The Elevation List benefits:

Customized:

Creating a completely unique daily self-care checklist means your to-do’s are customized to your needs, not someone else’s ideal.

A Fresh Start:

Saving that list in a format you can print/copy every day reminds you to treat each day as a new beginning (and kick guilt to the curb).

Expansive:

Expanding your idea of what constitutes “self-care” gives you more ways to take care of yourself (and enjoy a sense of accomplishment).

Compassionate:

Approaching your self-care practice with humor and compassion allows you to view it as a gift instead of a chore so you’ll actually look forward to it instead of resenting it.

Results:

Maintaining a daily self-care practice gives you more physical, emotional and spiritual energy to put toward creative pursuits.

The Elevation List is for you if:
  • You know you need to take better care of yourself but you’re struggling to commit (or beating yourself up for not doing it “perfectly”)
  • You’re ready to make a meaningful change in your life… you just need a little help to find the right approach
  • You want a self-care practice that lifts you up and gives you energy to live a creative and fulfilling lifestyle—and you’re eager to learn how

What happy customers say:

“The Elevation List was well organized, logical in delivery sequence, and the content was interesting and engaging. I went into it thinking it would be like every other self-help agenda out there, and came out going, "wow! interesting + simplicity = doable and enjoyable.” I recommend it to all makers because… that joy and outright thrill we have in creating could mean that creative time might overshadow recognition of the importance for time for other elements of self-care, (e.g., incorporating time for exercise, or incorporating a healthy snack, etc.). This training can help one see the meaning of and value in an Elevation List, and the potential for balance and positive outcomes from its implementation.”

Teresa S.

“The elevation list was a great workshop and very timely for me. I resonate with so many of your stories, and how to be in relationship with our list with intention. It's good for me to see the recording at my own pace. I also wish I'd been present in person for the community. You managed hard questions very well. As another online teacher, I honor your grace and equanimity.”

faq

What if I have tried list-making for self-care before and it didn’t work?

If you’re a person who hates a checklist, then this approach might not be for you. While the method I teach is neither rigid nor strict, it does employ the making of a checklist. On the other hand: If you like the idea of creating a routine but are just turned off by perfectionism, then you’re in the right place! My approach isn’t about being perfect (because that’s impossible) but about being compassionate and flexible with ourselves.

How long will this take?

The training itself takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes including a Q&A session. After the training is over, give yourself a couple hours to develop your personalized practice. How much time you put toward self-care each day thereafter is up to you.

Do I need special software to create my list?

This training includes templates you can use in Microsoft Word (fee-based software), Google Docs (free online) and Canva (free or paid online versions)... all of which are fairly easy to use. But you may also hand-write your list each day, or hand-write a version and make photocopies to use each day.

What if I don’t learn anything new?

If you attend the training and truly believe there was nothing new for you to learn, email me and I will provide a full refund. But I encourage you to give my method a try for 7 days first.

How long do i have access to the content?

One year

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds.
