I will have to think about this one. I used to have a bilingual signature block (name & title) when I worked. For personal emails., I receive lots of emails from courses I took and take, but family contact is through Message on my iPhone, or in What's App. Both get hearts in the signing but very few emails come from family or friends - facebook saw to that LOL.

Although I like "Not all those who wander are lost" - it describes me to a T. If you come with me on a road trip you have to expect the roads less traveled in your future. Point A to Point B is booorring.

I took notes all through school and Uni. At that time I was still keeping a diary - I stopped and got rid of them - written on sheets of paper, notes, notebooks, all dated but no specific order. I found the recording of my misdeeds or hopes was keeping me in the past, and moving forward meant destroying them. Sometimes I think I should have retained that but ...

These days I try to keep only one or two places for my note-taking (courses, accounting details etc) because I end up with too many ongoing books (I am a compulsive buyer of notebooks, inspirational cover pages, I just need to sort by subject (I have torn pages from the notebooks and 3 holed punched them into some order. Rewriting would be an option but ...

Habits are hard to break but it is not impossible. I stopped smoking for about 25 years while still smoking. 7 months was the longest until I finally extinguished the last butt.
There were more things I did not like associated with the smoking than I could tolerate. I was so happy once it was no longer in my life.

Photos are how I capture a moment. I say, "i will remember this moment forever" nope, not a reality. There are so many moments every day. That's not saying I'm constantly photographing everything. I leave that up to our grands to follow their children around. Photos shared bring family and friends together since we are apart physically. What. I love best is an event spent with friends and family--then a photo or 2 I can refer to. It jogs my memory. Thats the best. And of course, our walls are full of pictures, to remind us of places, people and events of our lives.

hi robin, sorry you've had some limitations recently. but really glad you also see all the good things going on! and i love that you make liberal use of affirmations. my current favorite: "the more relaxed i am, the more things flow into me." it's doing wonders for my anxiety. :)

Loved this one.Lots of "pings". I have long worked on moving roadblocks away. I do prepare for roadblocks by having lots of goals, ideas, interests, and time to step our on different things. Never board--bored. It takes a lot of work and changes as you age. I'm now in, I hope my forever home. (Yeah I did move a chair the other day!) Resources and space are mostly okay. Things get moved around in bins, baskets and tubs as different tasks are completed in different spaces. When you get on a TV Series marathon, stuff needs to be by the TV.

Recently, health has come to bite me. I have had to stop working on some projects and focus on health these change with the seasons. Acceptance of limitations, becomes more difficult. I am seeking medical help for 2 issures. The rest, are just irritations to live with.

I still have problems with Naysayers. They get to me in an emotional way. I internalize it and then opps the loop begins again. Love to hear more on how to cut the loop an move these recurring thoughts to another dimension. The worst ones, I don't communicate with--family members. New people that come into my life, Take some thinking, some consulting with my hubby. He reminds me that naysayers are not nice people.
I do like to have affrimations posted around my studio. And keep a short list of goals with objectives, so that often I have the positive reinforcement of checking something off a list.
